I have recently been asked, why do I put this quote at the end of many of my posts
I am not afraid of my past
I am not afraid of my future
I am not afraid of pain
I am not afraid of my path
I am not afraid of opening my soul
I have no regrets and I am not afraid
Life is life, I am not afraid of the pain it brings,
I am not afraid of time, nor memories,
but mostly
I am not afraid of the demons that sit by my side,
I do not fear the darkness, nor the comfort it bring’s,
I am not afraid of falling, nor failing,
I am not afraid of the demons sitting on my shoulder,
What tomorrow may bring, I am not afraid,
The only fear in my soul being failure,
Not being enough,
That is all that fears me,
But for those it’s too late,
I fear the untrue stories told of me,
I fear the mindset others have of me, not of my doing,
That is all that fears me, But it’s too late,
